Hi Christine. Also left a voice mail. I've been looking at the possibility of buying this lot for sale down on Crystal
Bay.
Was just curious with it being a 50ft lot (like a lot of the old cabin lots), and also backing up to some wetland on
the North Arm Bay side in the back...if there are any obvious challenges to building a very modest sized house
there?
I know a lot of folks try to squeeze in max sq footage on these lots, but I'm not trying to do that, and again,
would likely want to build a smallish two story house there.
