No activity is authorized beyond the expiration date. Attached are the plans that MCWD approved. I would like to clarify that upon agreement with the contractor and given the nature of the DEMO and existing conditions of the site, MCWD did not require.erosion control around the entire perimeter of the site. When I looked further into the application materials,one could potentially argue that there is not enough site disturbance to trigger MCWD Erosion Control Rule, but to be cautious we required a biolog adjacent to the driveway and a plan for stabilization.
