This letter is regarding the selling of vehicles on your property. The city does not allow you to sell vehicles
on your property with the current zoning. You are zoned for residential and would need to be zoned
commercial in order to sell vehicles at this location. Please cease the selling of vehicles by November 5,
2002.

Dear Mr. Cloud:
This letter is regarding the selling of vehicles on your property. I talked to you in early November about
the selling of the vehicles. You stated that they were both owned by the property dwellers. You stated
that if they had not in the next couple of weeks you would remove. It has been a couple weeks and we
have a couple more complaints about them. Please remove the 2 vehicles by November 25, 2002.

Dear NIr. Cloud:
This letter is regarding the boats stored on your property. You were sent a letter on Apri13, 2002
stating that your property may be in violation of our boat storage ordinance. After taking with
you it appears that you are not in violation. Your boats are licenced and at least 15 feet from
neighboring structures and 5 feet from the property line. The boat over 30 feet is grandfathered
in and can continue to be stored there as long as you live there and continue to store it there. If
you sell the boat or the property, the grandfathered status will no longer be valid.
