Tl�e Cily has received cotnplaints about tl�e storage of two large boats on your property at 3448
Nocth Sliore Drive in Orono. This letter is to inform you tliat this is in violation of Orono
Municipal Code Section 10.60, Subd. 13.
Tliis lelter is also to require you to bring your property into compliance before June 18, 1993.
If this deadline is not met, the City tnay initiate legal action. If you have any questions or if you

Dear Mr. Erler:
On June 8, 1993 the City of Orono notified you of a zoning violation on your property at 3448
North Shore Drive involving the storage of boats over 20' in length. As of this date, the
violations still exist.
This letter is to require you to bring your property into compliance before August 8, 1994. If
this deadline is not met, the City will initiate legal actipn. If you have any questions of if I can

'Inoperable boats which are under restoration may be stored for up to 2 years.

storage location requirements.
