LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF PREMISES:
All that part of Lots 13 and 14, plat of "Lydiard's Park", Lake Minnetonka described as follows:
Commencing at intersection of the base line with the Westerly line of Lot 15 said Addition; thence
Northerly along lot line a distance of 225 feet to center line of a 16 foot alley; thence to the
right at an angle of 90 degrees a distance along said center line 180 feet to point of beginning of
land to be described; thence to the right at 90 degrees running South �i ly and parallel to West line
of said Lot 14 a distance of 339.3 feet more or less to shore line of Crystal Bay; thence
along said shore line 114.4 feet or more to the East line of said Lot 11; thence Northerly along
said lot line 336.6 feet more or less to the center line of a 16 foot alley; thence to the left at
90 degrees a distance of 114.4 feet to point of beginning.
