LEGAL DESCRIPTION Of PREMISES SURVEYED:
All that part of Lots 13 and 14, plat of "Lydiard's Park", Lake Minnetonka described as follows:
Commencing at intersection of the base line with the Westerly line of Lot 15 said Addition; thence
Northerly along lot line a distance of 225 feet to center line of a 16 foot alley; thence to the
right at an angle of 90 degrees a distance along said center line 180 feet to point of beginning of
land to be described; thence to the right at 90 degrees running Southerly and parallel to West line
of said Lot 14 a distance of 339.3 feet more or less to shore line of Crystal Bay; thence Easterly
along said shore line 114.4 feet or more to the East line of said Lot 13; thence Northerly along
said lot line 336.6 feet more or less to the center line of a 16 foot alley; thence to the left at
90 degrees a distance of 114,4 feet to point of beginning.
This survey intends to show the boundaries of the above described property, and the location of
an existing house, deck and patio thereon. It does not purport to show any other improvements or
encroachments.
