RE: Temporary Sign
Dear Mr. Wittig:
It has come to the attention of this department that you have
been displaying a temporary sign on your property on weekends.
As you are aware, permits are required for temporary signs. City
ordinance allows one temporary sign permit valid for 90 days.
Each property is allowed a temporary sign permit every 2 years.
Your property was issued a temporary sign permit in June of 1989
and is not eligible for another permit until September of this
year.
Therefore you must discontinue use of this sign. Any further
violations will result in the issuance of citations. If you have
any questions, please feel free to contact me at my office.
