1. T1ae structure(s) shall be kept enclosed andlor secured until suCh time as demolition is
cornplete.
4. Demoiitivn debris will be kept off adjoining properiy and/or the public rights-of-way
unle�s speci�c prior approval is obtained in writing foz temporary use ihereaf.
3. Foundations shall be compl�tely rem�ved from the ground.
1. All demc�lition debris shall be completely disposed of off site in accordance with ali
applicable PC.A requiremencs.
S. Water wells must be abandoned in accorda�n�ce witt�State Fiealth Dtpattment regulations.

T'he site shall be left clean and clear of all debris, with any excavatian filled with eanh
level with the adj�cent $round elevation (exce�t when such excava[ion is to he used as
part of a n�w building and such z�ew building is actually under cc�nstruction).
P. The undersi�ned owner shall and hereby daes indemnify and hold harniless the City of
Orono, its agents, emptoyees and assigns from i�nd a�ainst all claims, dama�es, losses
or �xpenses, inciuding �ttorn�y fees, dgainst [he City, its agents, emplayees and assigns
arising �ut of or resuiting from the d�mokition described herein as perfotmed by the
pro�erty owner, hYs employees, agents, subcontractors or assigns.
