Re: Turn Lane Construction at County Roads 51 and 135
Dear Property Owner:
As part of the Maxwell Bay Access project,the Minnesota Department Natural Resources will be
adding a right tum lane from westbound North Shore Drive to northbound Tonkawa Road, and a
bypass lane for eastbound North Shore Drive.
This work is expected to start within the next week. Construction should be completed by mid-
September. Access to your property will be maintained during the project. If you have any
questions regazding this project,please contact me at 473-7357 or Martha Reger, DNR Area Trails
