During routine inspections by the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District(MCVND) staff at
Web S'�te: the above msntioned location, the following violations of permit#02-513 were observed

• Silt fence not trenched six inches
• Silt fence at front of site half full
• Haybales on site
�0°�°�MB°°�'� The MCWD requires that the permit holder take the following action:

�amesce�wns • Maintain and�instali silt fencing to MCWD specifications until disturbed soils are
vegetated. Install silt fences in the front of.each site, on all downhill slopes and around
Lance Fisher stockpiles. Silt fence must be trenched in 6 inches and installed according to
Monica Gross instructions. Placing soit on the flap of the siit fence is �ot acceptable. Enclosed in a
silt fence instruction diagram.
ScottThomas . Trench ali silt fence and keep soil 1/3 or less full of sediment.
Richard Miller • Use hay from haybales to spread as mulch at site, useful on downslopes especially.
Robert Schroeder To avoid formal enforcement action from the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District which
may include fees for additional inspections and legal costs, and the delivery of a Stop
Work Order, please implement the above mentioned corrections by Friday, April 18, 2003.

web site: above mentioned location. Per our phone canversation on 03/26J03, it was

compliant with MCWD regulations:
• Reinstall silt fence to be trenched into the ground 6" at the site and
maintain until site is vegetated(Haybales not acceptable).
• Extend silt fence behind garage to curve toward building at bottom of
ao�rd of Manayars � slope behind house.
