Re: Boat Storage
Dear Mr. Bonander:
We have discussed removal of the boat from the property at 3200 North Shore Drive in the past.
Winter is again now upon us and soon it will be difficult to remove the boat. Therefore the City
must require you to remove it before December 1, 1997. If this deadline is not met, the City will
initiate legal action. If you have any questions or if I can assist you in anyway, please feel free to

Re: Boat Storage - Unlicensed Inoperable Vehicles
Dear Mrs. Bonander:
The City has received complaints about the condition of properties in your area. Your property
seems to be well maintained with only two zoning code violations. One is storage of
unlicensed/inoperable vehicles. City code requires that vehicles be licensed and operable when
stored on a property. The other is the storage of the boat that has been parked there for many
years. It is obviously beyond repair and is really an eyesore. City code prohibits boats over
20' in length from being stored on residential properties.
Please bring your property into compliance before October 24, 1994. If you have any questions

Re: Maintenance of Property
Dear Ms. Bonander:
The City has again received complaints regarding the condition of your property at 3200 North Shore
Drive in Orono. A site inspection verified that there is a shed that is falling down, a boat that is
rotting away and various junk around the property. Therefore the City must requirey ouu to comply
with Ordinance#9.55 (enclosed). A deadline of May 13, 1996 has been established.
The City is having a spring cleanup day and will take certain items for a small fee. Contact the City
for dates and restrictions. If you have any questions for me, feel free to contact me at my office.
