Issues: �
1) Resolution of neighbor issues:
- Fencing to eliminate people and dogs from trespassing
- Cleanup and screen storage next to service building
- Clean up behind office, paint back of buildings
- Eliminate bell for gas dock, use some other method
- Keep after customers about being rowdy at night

2) Address Planning Commission and neighbor concerns about impact of added dry
stacking on a) vehicle traffic on area roads and b) the actual boating activity on
Maxwell Bay (i.e. provide info on how the dry stacking has worked during 2001-
2002, daily& weekly activity level in terms of how many boats, customer cars,
etc.). PC discussed a "phasing-in"period for use of all 72; we need to be upfront
about how it's been used for the last 2 years.
3) Need to discuss City concerns re:
a) Short stacking units along west lot line - how they are used,

b) Reclamation of green space along perimeters and near the lake
