Dear Debbie:
The City has receiv ed complaints about the appearance of
your property and the properties to the west of you. The concern
was the storage of tires and other items around and to the west
of the shop building. The City would appreciate it if you would
clean this up and I will be working with the neighbors to the
west on cleaning up their property also.
I would also like to address a sign that was at the street
and ended up on the boat rack. All signage requires a review and
a permit. Please submit an application for the sign or remove it
and clean up around the shop building before April 23, 1991. If
you have any questions or if I can assist you in any way, please
feel free to contact me at my office.
