RE: Christmas Tree Sales
Dear Mark:
This letter is to follow up our conversation of December 12, 1991
regarding Christmas tree sales at 3220 North Shore Drive (North
Shore Drive Marina). We discussed the foilowing:
1. Christmas tree sales are not al lowed in the B-2 Zoning
District in which� the marina is located.
2. Temporary signs require permits.
3. The City cannot issue sign permits to advertise non-
conforming uses in a zoning district.
4 . Temporary signs or any unpermitted signs will be
removed and after 2 removals citations will be issued.
5. The Christmas tree sales operation must cease before
December 23, 1991.
6. If you wish to have Christmas tree sales next year,
contact Jeanne A. Mabusth, Building and Zoning
Administrator or Michael P. Gaff ron, Assistant Planning
and Zoning Administrator to discuss the possibility.
