Dear Mr. Whalen: �
I have enclosed the original telephone message that I
received on the 24th of August. In Iight of the message received
today, I note an incorrect telephone number was recorded. Sorry
for the mix up. I will be leaving on a vacation starting on
September 6 through September 16 and will be back in my office on
September 19. I have discussed with the City Administrator your
concerns regarding Mr. Marfield's property. I have also reviewed
with him the many other concerns expressed by Mr. Luke, Mr.
Marfield and yourself. He suggested that I contact all three
separate property owners to discuss the use of a mediator as the
issues seem to be interlinking and interdependant with all three
properties.
Of course there are other issues that the City must address
with each individual property owner that I shall begin upon my
return from my vacation. If you have any questions concerning a
mediator, please feel free to contact the City Administrator,
Mark Bernhardson.
