disturbing activities. The contractor must provide a minimum of a 24 hour notice prlor to MSR

front property line and the existing house is 115'. According to Citv Code Section 78-1435, no accessory structure can be
located closer to the front or street than the principal structure. Please verify the setbacks or modify your plans in
accordance with the above referenced code. Please submit two full-sized copies of an updated survey for our review.
