Chris,
I've reviewed the subject Site plan and offer the following comments:
1. The plan does not meet city standards. Missing are:
a. #6. Location and elevation of any structures on adjacent properties within 50'of lot lines.
b. #8.All trees over 6" diameter within proposed disturbance area(s).
c. #22.Slope of driveway in percent of grade.
2. Any changes or work being performed within the county right of way will require a right of way permit.
3. The erosion control measures should include a rock construction entrance.
4. Perimeter erosion control measures should be installed by the Contractor and inspected by the City prior to any
work, including demolition.Contractor must provide minimum 24 hour notice prior to inspection.

Christine,
The demo contractor will be pulling permits for sewer and demo this week.
In regards to the additional structure (3rd structure)that is just a shed without foundation and not a permanent
structure. That will be removed as well.

I don't see we have received a demolition permit application for the existing house at 3188 North Shore
Drive. Attached is a copy of the demolition permit application and a sewer disconnection permit
application. The sewer disconnect must be issued prior to the issuance of the demolition permit.
While looking at aerial photos from Hennepin County's website there appears to be another accessory
structure in the northwest corner of the property not shown on the submitted survey. Please clarify the
intent of this structure,will it remain, be demolished?

We are close to issuing the building permit applications for 3188 North Shore Drive we just need a
couple of additional items.
Escrow Agreement. Please have one of the property owners sign the attached, updated escrow
agreement combining the land use application with the building permit applications. No additional
escrow money is needed at this time,just a signature.
Landscape Plan. One landscape plan was submitted. Please have another full size copy of the
landscape plan submitted and include the name of the landscaper performing the work.
