We have the following comments: • The as-built grading plan shows that the approved plan was not followed. The side yard swales shown in the plan dated 4-9-09 must be constructed to manage runoff within the property. • After the swales are constructed, a new as-built plan should be submitted for review. • The grading project to construct the swales would trigger the city's erosion and sediment ordinance.
