Unfortunately the fence does not <br /> meet the requirements of the Orono Municipal Code: 3.5 feet is the maximum height of a <br /> fence in the front yard (35' from your street property line). Therefore, The City must <br /> require you to lower that portion of the fence. A deadline of November 4, 2002 has been <br /> established.
