Uniform Fire Code Section 10 .208 - Premises Identif ication
Approved numbers or addresses shall be placed on all new and existing
buildings in such a position as to be plainly visible and legible
from the street or road fronting the property. Said numbers shall
contrast with their background.
If such separate residential, commercial or industrial building
is so constructed that such numbering is not readily visible from
the street, then such street numbering shall also appear at the
street entrance to such building.
I have visited your neighborhood/area and found your residence
� does not comply with the above fire code section. It is very
important that your address is posted so that the police and fire
department can locate your property in case of emergency.
Please comply with the above code section within 30 days. If you
