I am responding to your letter dated September 17 regarding my two lots.
First of all , I am completely dumbfounded why the lot I am selling Stewart
has not closed. When I left town I had cor�plete assurances from Bruce
Malherson, the city attorney, that all points in the resolution had been
satisfied.
Ron Farrow at First Federal Savings & Loan has $2,200 of my money escrowed
to satisfy the last half real estate tax, as well as the sewer assessmant.
This also was set up prior to my leaving. In fact, all points in your re-
solution have been complied with and it is amazing to me why this has not
been taken care of and closed. Needless to say, I am looking forward to
your promp action in this matter.
