When I left town I had cor�plete assurances from Bruce <br /> Malherson, the city attorney, that all points in the resolution had been <br /> satisfied. <br /> Ron Farrow at First Federal Savings & Loan has $2,200 of my money escrowed <br /> to satisfy the last half real estate tax, as well as the sewer assessmant. <br /> This also was set up prior to my leaving. In fact, all points in your re- <br /> solution have been complied with and it is amazing to me why this has not <br /> been taken care of and closed.
