I was there the first time on June 18, <br /> 2015 at about 10:30pm and again on July 30, 2015 at 10:OOpm. I was unable to determine that there <br /> was enough light shining onto your property from the outdoor light next door to be considered a <br /> violation of Code Sec. 78-1573. <br /> The City Council for Orono does an annual review of the City codes and ordinances to see if there are <br /> things that may need to be amended.
