Dear Andrew:
As requested, I reviewed the revised grading plan prepared by Gronberg&Associates, dated 7/31/14 and
offer the following comments for your consideration:
1. The revised plan is consistent with the direction that I have given the applicants contractor and
engineer in regards to the desired drainage patterns. The grading is intended to direct runoff, to the
extent possible, away from the neighboring properties along the north and east lot lines.
2. It is my recommendation that the revised grading plan be accepted by the City assuming it meets other
applicable zoning related requirements.

bring in of 3800 cubic yards under the current plan.
