Thank you for taking time this morning to meet with me and discuss this matter,which arises in connection with the
new house construction at 4009 North Shore Drive. Can you please forward to me that email that you sent to Ms. Bryan
with the updated/corrected survey that was prepared to correct the distance along North Shore Drive in the original
survey from 33.5 feet to 30.5 feet.

I have reviewed the survey information for both your properly at 4017 North Shore Drive and the property to the east at
4009 North Shore Drive specifically in response to your concerns about the accuracy of the 4009 NSD. I noted the
measurement of 30.5 shown between your property line and the"NE corner of Lot 4"as shown on both surveys was
incorrectly labeled as 33.5 on the original survey for 4009 NSD. I have verified this by measuring and believe both
surveys to be accurate.
I've also attached the revised, corrected survey for your reference.
