The permit application is currently incomplete. Please refer to the information <br /> requested below. <br /> Permit applications that do not require a variance or exception to District Rules require a public <br /> notice to all properties within 600 feet of the subject property, which includes a 14 day comment <br /> period allowing members of the public to receive further information and/or request a public <br /> hearing. When a public hearing is requested it will be scheduled on the first available Board <br /> meeting after the application is determined by staff to be complete. The required public notice will <br /> be mailed by MCWD the week of November 14, 2005. Following the completion of the public <br /> process and the District's determination that the permit application is complete you will receive <br /> written notice of conditional approvaL This notice will list the conditions of the approval that will <br /> need to be complete prior to the permit being issued. Permit conditions include but are not limited <br /> to the reimbursement of mailing cost, reimbursement of the cost of District staff time and <br /> engineering services, and submittal of a declaration for the preservation of wetland buffers and/or <br /> stormwater facility maintenance where applicable. <br /> Please submit the following information: <br /> Rule E: Dredging <br /> The following Required e�chibits listed in paragraph 5 of Rule E must be submitted. They are as <br /> follows: <br /> • Site plan showing property lines, delineation ofthe work area, exising elevation contours <br /> of the adjacent upland area, ordinary high water elevation, and regional flood elevation. All <br /> must be reduced to NGVD(1929 datum) <br /> • Site plan showing the proposed location of floating silt curtains <br /> • Support data <br /> o Description and volume computation of material to be removed <br /> o Description of equipment to be used <br /> o Construction schedule <br /> o Location map of spoil containment area <br /> o Erosion control plan for containment area <br /> o Restoration plan for any proposed permanent on-site spoil containment site <br /> showing final grades, removal of control structure, and description of how and <br /> when the site will be restored, covered or revegetated after construction <br /> o Details and specifications of floating silt curtian <br />
