Thank you for the complete report of the property
building approval ever�ts at 3115 I�orth 3hore Drive .
We are not so grossly affected now since we have sadly
sold our home . However, there are a few things that need
your attention and fixin�. 7'he City of Crono or/and the
resident of 31.15 P;orth �hore L�rive are responsible for
fixing, hopefully by ���:ay 15 th, 1998•
l . y new culvert in the driveway at 3115. I understand
this has been promised .
2 . Repair of the boulevard grass in front of 3105.
Cars and trucks from construction activity at
3115 have erroded the grass , leaving mud and
ruts . The "n�0 PARKING" sign has not been a
deterent. r�aybe a curbing sould be considered .
3. � question arises relative to setback. On the
easterly side of 3115, a 4 foot setback is
indicated as existing. This is at the foundation.
Does the 4 feet apply skyward'� �ihat are the kules
in regard to ":�1R RIGHT3" in the Orono covenants?
This is in regard to 22 or 3 foot eaves overhanging
the setback.
