The�esponsible auchoriry shall within 30 days either: (a)correcc the da�icund m be inaccurate or incomptete and aaempt to nodfy past recipiencs of
inaccurate or incomplete dara, inciuding recipients named by che indi�9�:I:or(b)codfy the individual thac he believes the dara W be correcc. Data
in dispuc�shall be disclosed only if the individual's statemenc of disag.-��:nt is i^.c:nded with[he disclosed data.

contested cases.
