Tim,
We have the zoning permit application ready to be issued for the 10'x 10'concrete patio at 2625 North Shore Drive;
however before we can issue the permit we must have the property owners sign the attached escrow agreement and
return with a check for$2,500.
I don't believe this project will trigger the Minnehaha Creek Watershed Districts permitting requirements, but I would
recommend you call them directly at 952-471-0590 to discuss your project.
