Dear Melanie:
We have reviewed the as-built grading plan for 3095 North Shore Drive. The plan is dated 10-28-11. We
have the following comments with regards to engineering matters:
• The driveway was constructed significantly different than the approved plan in the turnaround area.
This does not affect drainage, but the city may want to revisit hardcover calculations.
• The grading plan is acceptable from an engineering standpoint.

Dear Melanie:
We have reviewed the as-built grading plan for 3095 North Shore Drive. The plan is dated 10-18-11. We
have the following comments with regards to engineering matters:
• The driveway was constructed significantly different than the approved plan in the turnaround area.
This does not affect drainage, but the city may want to revisit hardcover calculations.
• The lake side swale at elevation 940 must drain to the low point west of the home as shown in the
approved grading plan. Showing the 939.5 contour may assist in showing the as-built drainage
patterns in this area.
• Additional contour or spot elevations should be provided to show drainage patterns in the area east
and south of the home.
