Construction without the proper permits is in violation of City Cody Section 86-66. The owners of 3070 North shore Drive, Shelley and Ralph Smith, invited me to review the placement and esthetics of their newly placed utility shed on their property. As the owner of the adjacent property at 3090 North Shore Drive (the neighbor with the closest property to the new shed) I have no objections to the addition. I believe the placement of the shed within the property is well thought out. The shed is approximately 11 feet from my property line and is of reasonable size. The variance application deadline is Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at Noon.
