As noted on the issued <br /> building permit (copy attached), an as-built survey and hardcover calculations are required prior <br /> to escrow release. Please have an as-built survey and hardcover calculations prepared by a <br /> surveyor and submitted to us. Your escrow will be refunded once we confirm the property <br /> conforms to the approved building permit plans.
