Your application is incomplete. The following items must be submitted or revised in order for your application to be considered complete and for the plan review to continue: 1. Certificate of Survey. Please provide 2 copies of an updated, full size certificate of survey which meets all of the City's survey standards (enclosed) indicating the location of the accessory structure/shed (and any proposed grading) as well as all existing buildings, structures, landscaping, easements, retaining walls and hardcover on the property. 2. Hardcover. The property is located in Tier 2 of the Stormwater Quality Overlay District which allows 309�o hardcover for the entire lot area. Hardcover calculations must be prepared by your surveyor. The hardcover calculations prepared by you are not consistent with the hardcover calculations prepared by the surveyor in 1999 for an addition project by a previous property owner. A copy of the 1999 hardcover calculation sheet is attached. Please provide the above information in order for the plan review to continue. The above information must be received by January 23, 2013 or the shed must be removed.
