The following items must be submitted or revised in order for your application <br /> to be considered complete and for the plan review to continue: <br /> 1. Certificate of Survey. Please provide 2 copies of an updated, full size certificate of survey which meets <br /> all of the City's survey standards (enclosed) indicating the location of the accessory structure/shed (and <br /> any proposed grading) as well as all existing buildings, structures, landscaping, easements, retaining <br /> walls and hardcover on the property. <br /> 2. Hardcover. The property is located in Tier 2 of the Stormwater Quality Overlay District which allows <br /> 309�o hardcover for the entire lot area. Hardcover calculations must be prepared by your surveyor. The <br /> hardcover calculations prepared by you are not consistent with the hardcover calculations prepared by <br /> the surveyor in 1999 for an addition project by a previous property owner. A copy of the 1999 <br /> hardcover calculation sheet is attached. <br /> Please provide the above information in order for the plan review to continue. The above information must be <br /> received by January 23, 2013 or the shed must be removed.
