Receipt is acknowledged for the following which you have submitted as part of the above
permit application:
l. Revised plan showing floodplain elevation received October 30, 1992.
The above exhibit is in accordance with the action taken by the Board of Managers on
October 22, 1992 in reference to the above permit. This document is your permit from the
Minnehaha Creek Watershed District. Permit approval is based upon the following exhibits:
1. Permit Application 92-162 received September 4, 1992.
2. City of Orono resolution No. 2203 dated June 22, 1987.
3. Site Plan received September 4, 1992.
4. Description of work received September 4, 1992.
5. Revised Plans received October 9, 1992.
6. Revised hydrologic calculations received October 21, 1992.
7. Letter from applicant received October 22, 1992.
8. Revised plan showing floodplain elevation received October 30, 1992.

The permit is valid for one year. If const-�uction is not completed by October 22, 1993, an
extension must be requested. The applicant is responsible for compliance with all District
rules and for the actions of your representatives, contractors and employees. The owner has
the responsibility to operate and maintain the approved stormwater management facilities
which were designed in accordance with District Rule B. Please contact the District at
939-8320 when the project is about to commence so an inspector may view the work in �
progress.
