CHANNEL,LAKE MINNETONKA(27-133-24)AND FOREST LAKE(27-139), CITY OF
ORONO,HENNEPIN COUNTY
Dear Mr. Bailey,
We have received the joint notification form(received 8/21/97),plans and special provisions for the proposed
riprap project at the above mentioned channels.
The proposed project is covered by the DNR General Permit issued to the Minnehaha Creek Watershed
District(and may meet the District's "Fast Track"criteria). Therefore,the Department of Natural Resources
does not require a separate DNR permit, as long as you obtain a permit from the Minnehaha Creek Watershed
District(ph. 471-0590).
