Per our recent conversation, we pr te the flooding created
measures need to be implemented to r from our home•
on our property from the flow of r Y '
l. Underground piping attached to sump pump on east side of
your home to be directed out to the northwest area of
your yard; or, if the City of Orono will permit it,
southerly to lakefront.
2, Berm between the praperties needs to be rebuilt to extend
out to the fourth evergreen tree bordering the property line.
This is what was presented to us by your contractor and the
City Inspector before before your sod was laid.
3 , You recently installed a gutter on the west side of your
garage which also directs roof line drainage around the corner
of your building directly toward our property: This needs to
be redirected westerly. ,
4., Sloping on southerly side of your building needs to be revamped.
(We have reason to believe the City of Orono caill cooperate
on this item} .
5 . Encroaching sprinkler system at the southeast corner of property
line needs to be moved. _ � -
