I hereby certify that this is a true and correct representation of a survey of the boundaries of

center line of County Road as laid out and traveled in the Easterly and Westerly direction across
said tract, which point is 825.35 feet Easterly from a point where the center line of said road inter-
sects the .Western line of said Government Lot 4; thence at right angles to said center line of said
County Road a distance of 382, 12 feet more or less to the shores of Lake Minnetonka; thence Easterly
along the shor�e of said lake 210 feet to a point in the center line of so called sid2 road leading from
County Road afores.aid to said lake; thence Nor,theasterly along the center line of said side road a
distance of 385 feet more or 12ss to a point in the center line of aforesaid County Road; thence
Westerly along the center line of said County Road a distance of 270 feet to the point of beginning,
