Summary of Project/Decision(indicate exemption number per MN Rule 8420.0122,if applicable): A wetland
delineation was conducted at 2465 &2485 North Shore Drive in Orono(PID#09-ll 7-23-44-0002&09-
117-23-44-OOOl�y Svoboda Ecolo�ical Resources�SER)on November 20 2009.Due to the time of vear,
review of the delineation was pos�oned until�ring The boundary was reviewed in the field on May 12,
2010 by Minnehaha Creek Watershed District(MCWDZstaff alon�with staff from the USACE and SER.
One type 4 wetland was identified on the site Dominant vegetation within the wetland included reed
canary�rass lady fern and narrow leaf cattail The boundary with u�pland was characterized bv a transition
to upland ve�etation and a fairl�brupt chan�e in topo�raphy.
The boundary as flag�ed in the field and labeled in the delineation report dated December 17, 2009 is
accepted by the MCWD This decision is valid for 3 years A project on this pro�erty may require a permit

banking credits is conditional upon withdrawal of the appropriate credits from the state wetland
bank. No wetland impacts may commence until the applicant receives a copy of the fully signed
and executed"Application for Withdrawal of Wetland Credits," signed by the BWSR wetland
bank administrator certifying that the wetland bank credits have been debited.
THIS DECISION ONLYAPPLIES TO the Minnesota Wetland Conservation Act. Additional approvals or
permits from Zocal,state, and federad agencies may be required. Check with all appropriate authorities
before commerrcirrg work in or near wetdarrds.
Applicant proceeds at their own risk if work authorized by this decision is started before the appeal time period has
expired.If this decision is reversed or revised urrder appeal the applicant is responsible for al!wetland impacts.
