The responsible auehoriry shall wiehin 30 days eieher: (a)correcc ehe data found to be inaccurate or incomplece and attempc to norify past recipieats of
inaccumce or incomplece daea, including recipienec named by rhe individual: or(b)nori"ry che individual ehac he believes the dara to be correcc. Daca
in dispute shall be disclosed only if�he individual's sta�emenc of disagreemen�is inciuded wich che disclased data.
