Plan review will require a minimum of seven days for staff review. 2. P�RMTTS ARE NOT VALID UNTIL YOU RECEIVE A PERNIIT. WORK 1V�_ ST NOT BEGIN UNT�L THE PERMIT CARD IS POSTED ON THE JOB SIT� 3. When any new construction or remodeling is invc�lved, a separate building perrnit inust be obrained. 4. All work must be done in accarctance with State Buildxng Code z'equirements and NFPA 13. 5. T`hree (3) scts of workuig plans shali be suUinitted fvr agproval to rhe autharity having jurisdicuon before any equipment is installed or remodeled. Deviativn frum ap�r�ved plans wili require pezmission of the authoriry having jurisdiction. 6.
