Summary of Project: Crown Construction has applied for approval of wetland boundaries on the
pronerties located at 2465 &2485 North Shore Drive in the City of Orono(PID#09-117-23-44-0002 &
09-117-23-44-0001). The delineation was performed by Svoboda Ecological Resources on November 20,
2009. The complete delineation report is attached. Due to the time of year that this application was
received,the delineation will not be reviewed until after the start of the next growing season.
You are hereby notified that the above-referenced application was made to the Local Govemment Unit
on the date stated above.Comments on this application will be accepted until January 22,2010.A decision on
