not grant permission for additional or related work which requires sepazate
permits. All provisions of laws and ordinances goveming this type of work ,

expire and become null and void if construction authorized is not
commenced within 180 days of the date of issuance,or if construction is

❑ Signature of the owner of the property on which the special event is to be he1d.
❑ Approval of Homeowners Association if the event affects privaCe property where a Homeowners
Assooiation has been established.
❑ Proof of written notice to all properry owners within 350 feet of the location on which a speciai evelzt is to
be held at least 10 days prior to the event. The notice must contazn the date,tiine,and loca#ion of the
special event.
❑ Shuttle bus service will be requircd for all Parade of Hoines/Home Tours unless applicant demonstrates
suffioient on-site parking is avaiiable. Shuttle Uus plan to Ue included with application.
❑ Proof of possession af any license or permit wluch,under federal,state or local laws or regulations,t11e
applicant is required to l�ave in order to conduct the parade or special event,or which,under any such law
or regulation,would exempt the applicanf from the licensing requirements of Orono City Code Sea 66-
223.
