Dear Sam:
I am advised that you have been regrading in the area of the sewer manhole in the former cul-de-sac,
and that the manhole is again below grade. The manhole must be brought up to grade immediately.
Also, please make sure the grading work does not leave the manhole cover at the centerline of the
drainage swale, as we have enough infiltration/inflow problems in City sewer lines already without
creating another problem.
