The following is my understanding of our meeting: 1.) The average setback ordinance would be a factor,where you draw a line from the clos t corner to the lake of the houses on either side of the subject property. i 2.) Since the ho e to the East is so far behind the subject property it would be � impossible to apply the ordnance, so an administrative variance may apply. 3.) You then thought you may add into the mix the home two lots to the East; therefore bring 3 homes into the mix. 4.) If the three homes were used the owner o he subject lot would have to get letters from all three home owners approving the placement of a proposed new structure. (,/� 5.) If the three approval letters couldn't be obtained,then it would have to go to the council for approval. G�� 6.) You also indicated that bri in the third home into the mix could be argued by the subject lot owner or their representative. 7.) You also indicated that side yard set backs would apply as well as lake and front yard setbacks. l�� If I have a misunderstanding of our meeting please respond to me with any corrections within 5 business days. If I don't hear from you I will use the information, noted above, in marketing the Marfield property.
