Greg Steinhafel has applied a wetland boundary and type confirmation for the wetlands located
at 2445 and 2455 North Shore Drive in the City of Orono, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Legal
description: Section 9, Township 117N, Range 23W. boundary/type approval was requested
March 16t", 2016.
A wetland delineation was conducted by Svoboda Ecological Resources on November 3ra,
2015. A complete delineation report and WCA application were submitted to MCWD on April
6th, 2016. No wetlands were identified in the area.
The absence of wetlands will be reviewed in the field by MCWD staff.
2. APPLICATION REVIEW AND DECISION
Signing and mailing of this coinpleted fonn to the appropriate recipients in accordance with 8420.0255, Subp. 3
provides notice that an application was made to the LGU under the Wetland Conservation Act as specified above.
