When we have remodeling of a house that increases the number of bedrooms or has major changes of water using appliances then we need to make sure the septic system is up to current septic code. We need you to provide a design that shovs exactly vhere your drainfield is located. This must be done by a licensed septic designer. If it is found that your septic system does not meet state and local septic code than a new septic systein must be installed. We must have a legal septic system at this property before wee can issue a Certificate of Occupancy. If you have any questions please give nle a call at 92-249-4600.
