Ralph:
As requested in your letter dated October 31, 1991, and as discussed on
the telephone, Hennepin County's policy and State of Minnesota Statutes
prohibit anything within road rights-of-way other than traffic signs,
mailboxes, and utility poles. We are, therefore, compelled to deny your
request for placing directional signs to the above site.
Furthermore, we are notifying you and your organization that any signs
installed must be outside the road right-of-way and that the exact
right-of-way must be established by you prior to such installation.
