'�� � Q /���>• �� ��iZ.c-'"`'Q� � I am including drawing L301 for the Minnetonka Center for the Arts. Upon reviewing our parking plan we have discovered that our issued drawings show 8 Accessible Parking Spaces. I have calculated the actual number of Accessible Parking Spaces required to be three spaces. I have inciuded my calculations below. The new drawing sheet L301 shows these three Accessible Parking Spaces with one passenger loading zone of nine feet, and one passenger loading zone of 5 feet. In addition to these spaces we are also going to add two reserved spaces in the West Parking Lot with a nine foot passenger loading zone. Also included is a drawing of Rm. 125 Secure Storage. We would like to improve this room for Paint storage and are revising the wall types to be One Hour Fire Rated, and the door to this room to be One Hour Fire Rated. See drawing 1/BL6 for location and revision of wall types. Required Off-Street Parking (Orono Code). Where the principle use of the structure served is listed,the minimum parking facilities (open or enclosed)shall be as shown. G. Community Center, Post Office, YMCA,YWCA, Physical Cultural Studio, Pool Halls, Libraries, Private Clubs, Lodges, Museums. Ten spaces plus one for each 300 square feet of floor area in excess of 2,000 square feet of floor space in the principle structure. Floor Area defined by Orono Zoning Ordinance (SEC. 10.61, Subd.4.) The term "floor area" for the purpose of calculating the number of off- street parking spaces shall be the net usable floor area of the various floors, devoted to retail sales, services, office spaces, processing and fabrication exclusive of hallways, utility spaces, storage areas other than warehousing.
