We ha��e completed a site inspection today at the Minnetonka Center fo; the Arts property. The
purpose of che site inspection was to review the punch list items listed in our Au�ust 21,2002 letter.
All ��ork outlined in that letter has been completed and is acceptable. We recommend the City
rel�a,� any fina�;cial Quarantees they have for this project.

and north of C.R.51 in the southwest quarter of Section l0.The followin�items need to be repaired or corrected before
final City acc�ptar.ce of the project: �
1. Th� sr�en de�d i�`orway Pir.cs surounding[he pond need to be remove� aud repiaced. '
:�. Silt and sediments need to be excavated from the pond at both inlets to the pond.
3. �.rip iapped emeroency overflow should be installed alon�the north si�e of the pond at an elevation 02-feet

d. Veeetation has not yet been estabii�hed over the entire site.There was no evidence of any topsoil in any of'he
sreas that have be�n seeded.A minimum of 4-inches of topsoil should'be placed over ali seeded areas and those
areas reseeded and ferti!ized.This work should be completed prior to September 15,2002 to establish growth

�. Silt f�nce shculd be installed ad�acent to ali rainwater�ardens and por_ding areas to protect the ba;.ins from
sedimentation. The silt fence shall be maintained until vegetation is established.
6. Al;rainwater�ardens have been silted in and need to be excavated.The rainwater gardens alon;the south side
of tne bu:ldino have been piug�ed with wood chips and mulch washed into the basins f;om the surroundin2
Ia�::l�capinJ.Th,; wood chips, mulch and day lilies surroundin�the raim.Nater�ardens should be removed and
r�placed with sod or some plantings that don't require mulch and wiil resist ero;ion.
7. A low area east of the buildino near the south end of the newly graded s���ale doesn't drain.The swale sh�uld be
reQraded or the draintil�extended southerly to provide drainase to this area.
H. A lotiv area:;outh of the buiidino and west of the main entrance is holding�.�ater.This area should be g:aded t�
drain to t;�e rainwater garden to the sou,h.
